GOP Amping Up Snail-Mail Flyers Warning That With Kamala Harris You Won't Be Able to Retire in Arizona

 Now I know: The pile-on of large, well-done four-color flyers in my snail mail paid for by MAGA Inc. might be generated by the latest Fox polls. They put Kamala Harris ahead of Donald Trump by one percent here in swing state Arizona. 

Today's flyer headlines:

"Planning to Retire? YOU CAN'T AFFORD KAMALA HARRIS."

Lots of  "facts" follow. Heavyweight documentation is provided via endnotes to back up the claims. That ranges from a Congressional Budget Office Report to establishment media such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and CNN.

AZ is a standard location for retirement. Nice weather, affordable housing, lots of outdoors activities and breathtaking mountain views. 

Some attribute Harris' lead to RFK Jr.'s dropping out of the race. She is also leading in Georgia and Nevada by two percent.

This latest upset will put the muscle on both campaigns to keep amping up communications outreach, in all mediums including in-person. Obviously law firm Paul, Weiss chair Brad Karp was on the money when he projected Election 2024 would be the most expensive ever. 

Meanwhile, I predict top graduate business schools will do detailed case studies on The Harris Miracle. Harvard Business School did exactly that with The Chrysler Miracle, that is when the Iacocca turnaround team saved the corporation from bankruptcy.

   It had been way back more than a year ago that first-year associate at law firm Akin Gump Julia Ghahramani died from cocaine laced with fentanyl. Up-or-Out: McKinsey Raises the Pressure, In Contrast Some Law Firms Ease It through Nonequity Partner Tier

" McKinsey & Co.  warned some US consultants last week they are running out of time to win promotion, raising the 'up or out' pressure on staff as the global consulting industry struggles." - Abovethefold Article in Bloomberg , March 27, 2024 This is yet another sign that once-iconic McKinsey is a professional services firm in trouble.
